The school year has flown by, and it is time for MAP testing at HMS. 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students will test in Math and English Language Arts in all three grade levels, and 8th grade also tests in Science. Testing will be from 8:10 to 10:30 each day on the dates below, and student will attend regular classes after testing.
We have a MAP assembly on Thursday, April 27 to help students get excited about giving their very best effort. We will also be handing out certificates to students who scored Advanced on last year's MAP test. Teacehers have worked very hard to give students necessary strategies to perform well. Also, the daily incentives should help students stay focused as well, yet parent support always makes the biggest impact. We appreciate your involvement to help students be present and engaged each day for MAP testing.
