As we reflect on the recent events that have unfolded within our school, I am filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the unwavering support and active participation demonstrated by each and every one of you.
First and foremost, I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation for the remarkable success of our Sports Day. This event, made memorable by the outstanding performances of our athletes, was further elevated by the presence of our esteemed chief guests, Air Commodore JPS Bains and Squadron Leader Avani Chaturvedi. Their presence not only added prestige to the occasion but also served as a source of inspiration for our young athletes.
I am truly grateful for the immense enthusiasm and dedication shown by our school community during the Christmas Carnival. The vibrant atmosphere, filled with joy and festivity, was a testament to the collaborative efforts of our students, parents, and members of the city. The colorful stalls, the enriching workshops, captivating stage performances by our talented students, parents, and the engaging participation of the young doctors from AIIMS Jodhpur truly made the event a resounding success.
I also wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to our Grade 11 students for their exemplary initiative and dedication in organizing a memorable Graduation Ceremony for our AS Level students. Their thoughtful arrangements and heartfelt performances made the event truly special, leaving an indelible mark on the passing out batch as they bid farewell to their school journey and making each one of our graduating students feel extra special.
To our passing out batch, as you embark on this new chapter of your lives, I extend my heartfelt wishes for success and fulfillment in all your future endeavors. May you carry with you the lessons learned and the memories shared at our school as you step confidently into the world beyond our gates.

Unlocking the Power of Words: Linguistic Intelligence Takes Center Stage!
Centering around multiple intelligences, the past month illuminated Linguistic Intelligence, the mastery of employing words effectively. To infuse dynamism and interactivity into this exploration, our students recently immersed themselves in an enthralling speaking activity known as the "Odd One Out Words Set."
Odd One Out Words Set Activity:
In this inventive and animated endeavor, our budding linguists were presented with sets of words tied to specific themes. However, a twist awaited – within each set, one word deviated from the others! The challenge posed to students was to articulate their reasoning and communication skills, elucidating why a particular word stood distinct from its counterparts.
Linguistic intelligence transcends mere reading and writing capabilities. It encompasses the aptitude to articulate thoughts, emotions, and ideas cohesively. Activities like the Odd One Out Words Set not only enrich vocabulary but also fortify critical thinking, analytical prowess, and effective communication – integral facets of linguistic intelligence.

In the preceding month, our focal point rested on linguistic intelligence—a proficiency empowering individuals to articulate themselves eloquently through words. To commemorate this emphasis, we offered our talented young minds the chance to unleash their creativity by composing short poems.
Our classrooms metamorphosed into poetry workshops, witnessing students from various grades embracing the challenge of crafting their own poetic works. CBSE 11 Practicals (Testing sugar and albumin in urine sample)
In the practical session of CBSE Class 11 focused on testing sugar and albumin in urine, students embark on a vital exploration of diagnostic techniques integral to comprehending human health. The experiment entails a meticulous examination of urine samples to identify the presence of sugar and albumin, both serving as crucial indicators for various health conditions. By employing Benedict's and Fehling's solutions, students become adept at recognizing the existence of reducing sugars in urine, a pivotal diagnostic criterion for diabetes mellitus. Furthermore, the utilization of albumin reagent strips enables them to observe color changes, signaling the presence of albumin—a protein whose abnormal levels in urine may suggest kidney dysfunction.

Regular feedback mechanisms have been established for both students and faculty. Learning Through Reverse Engineering Technique
The concepts of programming, amalgamated with the Reverse Engineering technique in the classroom, aim to increase student engagement and showcase the Fundamentals of Constructive Learning for Grade 6 learners.
What is reverse engineering in teaching?
Reverse engineering is a technique in which a student learns how a particular code works by breaking it down into its fundamental parts. If the analysis succeeds, the learner will understand the purpose of each function used within the code structure.
What are the 5 steps of the reverse engineering technique?
There are certain steps to be undertaken while applying reverse engineering in a classroom scenario, as it involves a step-by-step decoding of a particular question.
These 5 steps include:
- Identify the purpose of the question:
The first and foremost step is to identify the aim of the question by the learner.
- Develop a hypothesis:
Next comes the analysis of the possible outcomes of the question and what print statements will be required for the same.
- Assemble the code:
Then, the learner starts assembling the code from initial basic functions to complex ones as required by the situation.
- Execution:
Then comes the important part, where the learner, using the computing device, generates the output of the code curated by him/her.
- Feedback:
It is the part where peer-to-peer discussion takes place. If the learner is lacking or falling behind somewhere, peers give a helping hand and guide their mate towards the final successful outcome.

GRADUATION DAY
As the sun sets on yet another academic year, we find ourselves at the bittersweet juncture of bidding farewell to our beloved Grade 12 students.
It was January 22nd, 2024. The evening was adorned with memories, achievements and the promises of a bright future – it was Graduation Day!
The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the lamp by our Chairman Mr. Naresh Bothra, Executive Director Mrs. Nitu Bothra and Director Mr. Namit Bhandari. A red-carpet welcome was extended to our distinguished guests by our CAIE Head Mr. Rahul Agarwal, setting the stage for an evening filled with pride and nostalgia.
Our esteemed Chairman took the stage to address the gathering, reflecting on the journey of our students and the institution. With a sense of pride, he officially declared the ceremony open, signalling the commencement of the much-awaited graduation proceedings. Our Executive Director Mrs. Nitu Bothra, then administered the pledge - a solemn commitment to uphold the values instilled during their time in Bodhi. This symbolic act reinforced the ideals of integrity, responsibility and commitment that our graduates carry into the world.
Our young graduates received their prized citation, a symbol of accomplishment. A moment of great honour and recognition, the conferment of citations was a testament to the hard work, dedication and excellence displayed by our graduating students. Also, to commemorate their time at Bodhi, each student received a personalized token of remembrance.

Carol singing - The tradition of singing carols around Christmas did not originate in Europe, where it eventually became popular. It was originally a part of Winter Solstice (typically observed on December 22) pagan festivities, celebrated in connection with each of the four seasons. During the joyous Christmas season, young children in the nursery class dressed up and took the stage to sing carols. They delivered a confident and polished performance, exuding excitement.
Buds
The Multiple Intelligence theory was proposed by Howard Gardner. In the early years, Multiple Intelligence enhances learning.
Personalized Learning: Recognize and celebrate individual strengths. The different learning styles allow each child to shine in their unique way.
Logical-Mathematical Intelligence: Exploring basic math concepts through hands-on activities, puzzles, and games, fosters problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
Kinesthetic Intelligence: Developing kinesthetic intelligence, or the ability to learn through physical activity and movement, is crucial for Buds' students.
Multi-sensory and hands-on learning is an effective approach that integrates multiple senses, including movement, to enhance the learning experience. Provide hands-on learning experiences that involve touching, feeling, and manipulating objects. Use materials like clay, sand, building blocks, and puzzles to engage children in tactile learning.
Interpersonal Intelligence is the ability to understand and interact effectively with others. As a part of the same, a visit to Machia was planned where students explored flora and fauna. Also, an interactive parent session was planned to reinforce the same.
This not only enhances cognitive abilities but also nurtures creativity and a love for learning.

Multiple Intelligence - Each child inherits a certain potential for developing intelligence. Multiple intelligence skills are the expertise areas that kids can focus on.
Linguistic intelligence is the ability to read, write, and speak well. As part of this, language and skill development engagements were planned for the students where they got the opportunity to draw any character from Dr. Seuss’ books or recite any poem from these books.
Musical Intelligence is the ability to remember a rhythmic pattern after hearing it repeatedly. Blossoms' students presented X’mas Carols as a part of it.
Logical Intelligence is the ability to think logically before acting. Students were engaged in games like “Simon Says” which works to help wake up the brain-body connection resulting in an attentive student.
Kinesthetic Intelligence - Blossoms children were engaged in bodily-kinesthetic intelligence during the sports day where they were learning through physical activities.
Interpersonal Intelligence is the ability to understand and interact effectively with others. As a part of it, a visit to Machia was planned where students explored flora and fauna. Also, an interactive parent session was planned to enforce the same.

Mathematical intelligence, emphasizing adeptness in problem-solving and grasping abstract concepts with strong logical reasoning, was demonstrated by students in a recent event. Their active engagement centered on understanding symmetry in nature, showcasing their proficiency in applying mathematical principles to real-world observations.
Kinesthetic intelligence revolves around effective body usage and expression through physical activities. This was prominently displayed on sports day, as students actively engaged in events such as hurdle races and flat races, spotlighting their physical prowess and impressive coordination skills.
Intrapersonal Intelligence - Students demonstrated a notable display of intrapersonal intelligence during a Unit of Inquiry (UOI) centered on "How the World Works." Their active participation involved a thorough exploration of the concept of energy and its fundamental role in our daily lives. The showcase of their intrapersonal intelligence unfolded through meticulous research, where they thoughtfully delved into diverse sources of energy, encompassing sound, light, and heat energy. Beyond a mere awareness of the importance of energy, the students showcased their capacity for introspective understanding within the broader context of the unit.
Furthermore, learners extended their understanding to identify various objects categorized as transparent, translucent, and opaque, contributing to a more comprehensive grasp of the topic.Grade 2

They expressed their imaginative problem-solving approaches if placed in the character's position. Additionally, they demonstrated their linguistic prowess by creating posters that effectively communicated the advantages of reading, showcasing a blend of words and creativity to articulate their inner thoughts.
Intrapersonal Intelligence : The Power of Safe Circles in Student Empowerment- Intrapersonal intelligence was evident as students created personal safe circles, showcasing self-awareness and insight into their emotions, goals, and motivations. The activity illuminated their internal landscapes, fostering a deeper understanding of individuality. This visual representation empowered students to express and navigate their inner selves, promoting a holistic approach to personal development.
Spatial intelligence was evident in the unit, "Where We Are in Place and Time", as students participated in analyzing pictures of migration through the "What I See, What I Think, and What I Wonder" framework. Successfully perceiving and deriving insights from visual data, they further engaged in creating a visual tug of war, skillfully illustrating the push and pull factors influencing migration.
Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence was actively engaged as students showcased their skills during the aerobics drill performed on sports day. They effectively utilized their bodies, demonstrating coordination in physical movements while skillfully handling objects such as pom-poms and dumbbells.
Interpersonal Intelligence flourished during the Secret Santa activity. As participants exchanged gifts, they navigated social dynamics, considering the preferences and interests of their chosen recipients. This festive tradition showcased their ability to connect emotionally, fostering positive relationships and emphasizing the importance of understanding and appreciating others in a social context.
Grade 4
Linguistic Intelligence
Linguistic intelligence is being adept at expressing oneself verbally and in writing, demonstrating a keen sensitivity to the nuances of language. Students constructed poems in a unique and artistic form of expression to evoke emotions and convey intricate thoughts. Students crafted vivid imagery and weaved intricate metaphors to create poetic masterpieces. Students selected and arranged words that resonated with rhythm.
Grade 5
Multiple Intelligence- Developing multiple intelligences involves engaging learners in a variety of activities that cater to different types of intelligences like -
Linguistic Intelligence - Linguistic intelligence is the art and science of using words to craft eloquent prose. Students used the symphony of syntax and semantics and wrote amazing write-ups based on their critical evaluation of the story “Dogs Newspaper”. Students participated with zeal in character-designing engagement.
Logical-Mathematical Intelligence- Learners were engaged in math games, puzzles, and problem-solving activities.
Interpersonal Intelligence- Students were involved in making Group Projects on Climate Change and SDGs. Class discussions and Brainstorming sessions gave learners a chance to share their ideas.
Technological intelligence- Learners made Digital presentations and inquired about simple coding exercises, which enhanced their mode of presentation.
Overall, we can conclude that developing multiple intelligences made the learning experience more enjoyable and meaningful for kids.
