Application Updates
Clever
All applications that require Clever single sign on are now available. If you still don't have access to a PUSD supported application that uses Clever sign in (i-Ready, TCI), please put in a Help Desk Ticket.
Google Meet
Google Meet has created the ability to add co-hosts to meetings. Read more HERE.
Nearpod
Nearpod has great new features introduced for this school year! Drag & Drop lessons and the ability to switch from a Live to Student Paced lesson. If you're new to Nearpod or just need a refresher, check out this Back to School Guide for tips and help on getting started.
STEMscopes
During the summer, the method for how student and teacher accounts are created in STEMscopes changed. This change was to allow for autorostering and LTI integration within Canvas, two pieces that would have streamlined many aspects of the program for teachers. Unfortunately, this has led to the wrong student IDs being shared between the systems and single sign on is not working for students. Please check with your Instructional Coach for the best method to get your students logged in to STEMscopes.
YouTube
All users received this email from YouTube last week. Please know that your YouTube account is safe. All staff members are being marked as 18 and over so you will not lose any information in your YouTube account.
QR Codes for K-2 and Special Education Students
Additionally, Special Education students are now able to log in to Chromebooks with a QR code. Find those codes in the Special Education folder in the PUSD Curriculum Shared Drive.
