Is Your Student Looking to Get a Head Start on College?
District 49 is a leader in the Pikes Peak Region with concurrent enrollment, which allows D49 students to take college courses in high school FOR FREE. Learners can transfer college credits to a 4-year university, finish a 2-year degree, or earn an industry certificate and go right to work after high school graduation.
The deadline to apply for fall semester of 2024 concurrent enrollment is February 9, 2024.
What you need to do right now:
Follow these Steps to Apply to Concurrent Enrollment for Fall of 2024
1.)Use the button below to apply to PPSC. You will get an acceptance letter in 3-5 days that will have your PPSC S# (student number.) You will need this and a copy of qualifying scores (PSAT/SAT/ACT/Accuplacer/EdReady) to do step 3.
2.) Use the button below to sign up to take the ACCUPLACER if you do not have a PSAT/SAT score of 470 in Reading and Writing.
3.) Use the button below to apply to D49 SCHS Concurrent Enrollment.

1.) Apply to Pikes Peak State College
It will take 3-5 days to get an acceptance email withe your S number, which is your student number.
2.) Take the ACCUPLACER if you need a qualifying score
If you do not have a qualifying score on the PSAT/SAT of 470 in Reading and Writing you must take the ACCUPLACER to try and qualify on February 21, 2024.

3.)SCHS CE Application & Expectations
AFTER YOU HAVE YOUR S# from PPSC and a qualifying test score, please use this to apply to get started in Concurrent Enrollment at Sand Creek High School. I will reach out and set up an advisement time after the SCHS application is submitted.
