Winter Clothing Reminder
Thank you for sending your child to school each day with a warm coat, a hat, and mittens or gloves. We go outside to play everyday unless the temperatures are extreme. If there is snow on the ground we recommend snow pants and boots so that students can enjoy playing on the playground. We always recommend that all items are labeled with the child's name. If your child is in need of winter gear, please email Karen Lindquist at klindquist@maynard.k12.ma.us or Ann Rutherford at arutherford@maynard.k12.ma.us.

Welcome to the Counselor's Corner!
At Green Meadow, we use The Zones of Regulation (affectionately referred to as “the zones”) to help teach self awareness and self regulation. Try using the zones at home! Consider making your own zones visuals to refer to when your child is experiencing feelings. Utilizing the zones language will allow your child to identify what they’re feeling and encourage conversation about self regulation strategies. Check out the updated Green Meadow Social Emotional Learning Resources website for additional information.
