Commencement Reminders
Hello Parents and Guardians of the Senior Class of 2021,
Graduation is just two days away on May 27, 2021!
Below are some important reminders and information so that everyone can enjoy this monumental event to its fullest.
Commencement Ceremony Reminders
Accessing the Ceremony:
- The live stream of the ceremony will be hosted on YouTube Premier. Click HERE to watch the ceremony live!
- **Please complete the Self Health Screen on Thursday, May 27 prior to entering campus. To complete the survey, go to https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfUztRNAMOEL_aQFDNaPWlT0BrAaHLRQeCgdtBQ-V0Ni42yZg/viewform
- Please arrive early to allow extra time for parking. The Stadium will be open at 5:30 pm. Parking will be limited
- Due to COVID Restrictions there will be no shuttle or additional off-site parking.
- Graduates are asked to come with their families and be dropped off for the ceremony at the Gym area
- Households are asked to come together in one vehicle.
- Parking for disabled will be designated at Brea Canyon Road and in our Senior Parking Lot.
- Seating for disabled will be available on both the home and visitor side on the track and on the first level of the stadium seats (see map below).
- All spectators will enter the stadium at the ramp on Brea Canyon Road.
- Remember that admission is by ticket only. Tickets will not be sold at the door. All tickets will be sold or distributed ahead of time. Each Graduate is allowed to have up to 5 Guests (same household) at the ceremony.
- Professional Graduation Photos will be taken at our ceremony of each grad receiving their diploma. Order at this link: https://adamsphoto.gotphoto.com/login Access Code: DBHS2021
During the Ceremony:
- Wear your mask and stay 6-feet away from individuals not in your household.
- Please do not wear high heeled shoes as it will puncture the track and field. Wedges are permitted.
- Remain seated during the entire ceremony and until the program has been concluded.
- Thanks in advance for cooperating with ushers and supervisory faculty personnel.
- Out of respect & consideration of others please keep the railing in front of the audience clear.
- Do not obstruct the view of others with cameras, balloons, signs, “big heads” etc.
- Due to construction, please no Mylar Balloons. Mylar balloons can short out power lines in the area and cause power outages.
- DBHS is a non-smoking/e-cigarette facility.
After the Ceremony:
- Audience members will not be allowed onto the field until after commencement.
- Please keep 6-foot social distance from individuals not in your household.
- Please refer to the attached map. The map indicates, alphabetically, where families can meet their Graduates at the end of the ceremony.

This message will be $25 cash. You will be able to choose the week it will run. This makes a great photo opportunity!

Even with the challenges that this year brought this club has remained active and has represented Diamond Bar through stem focus. This club has dedicated numerous hours to providing opportunities for our students on campus and through virtual activities.

Attention Senior Student-Athletes:
If you plan on participating in college-level athletics at the NCAA Division I or II levels and are in contact with college coaches, you must be certified as an eligible athlete by the NCAA ELIGIBILITY CENTER.

Mr. Patterson, our NCAA GLC, will be notified by the Eligibility Center once you have registered. At that time, your transcript will be sent to the Eligibility Center by Mr. Patterson. Only students in the Class of 2021 should register at this time.
