Application Updates
Canvas
Canvas is our PUSD Learning Management System (LMS) and will continue to be available in the upcoming year. Please see the Canvas Courses Newsletter for information on transferring content and finding past enrollments.
Clever
Most applications that require Clever single sign on are now available.
Destiny
Follett Destiny Discover® has been updated to provide a single, unified experience for searching and accessing your school library resources on the web and mobile apps.
You can find guided learning in MyTrailhead. Explore new skills and access bite-size learning modules related to Follett products and services. Bookmark this page ahead of these new updates!
Google Meet
Google Meet's interface has updated. It still has all the same features, just with a new look. Check out the Help Article HERE and watch THIS VIDEO for a tour.
Hapara
Hapara has been updated and most schools and teachers can now see their classes and students. If you are still unable to see your students in Hapara, please put in a Help Desk ticket.
ITS Ticket System
If you need support with your accounts or devices provided by PUSD, be sure to submit a support ticket by visiting gopusd.com/helpdesk. We anticipate that there will be a heightened need for support when school starts, so be sure to submit tickets for support ASAP.
Device Checkout
Google Security Update
On September 13, 2021, Drive will apply a security update to some of your files in Drive to make file sharing more secure.
This update will change the links used for some files, and may lead to new access requests for the impacted files. Access to these files won't change for people who have already viewed them. Learn more
After the update is applied, you can avoid new access requests by distributing the updated link to your file(s). Follow instructions in the Drive documentation
See your impacted files
Starting July 26, 2021, you can see your impacted files in your My Drive.
- On your computer, go to drive.google.com/drive/my-drive.
- At the top, find the security update banner and click See files.
- If you have multiple Drives with impacted files, click on one of your Drives, like My Drive, to see all impacted files in that Drive.
- Important: You can only view your impacted files for 30 days from when you receive the security update notification email from Drive. After 30 days, you can use advanced search to find your impacted files.
