Message from the PTA -

There is a districtwide Girls Summit on Saturday, October 21, 9:00 a.m.—1:00 p.m. at Clarksburg High School. Students in 3rd through 12th grades and caregivers (not a drop off!) are invited to multiple supportive sessions on topics including healthy relationships, healthy eating and body image, self-esteem and more! This summit will empower girls and their caregivers through exposure to vital skills and information, networking, and fun activities.

Due to low registration, Family Tech Safety: Online Predators--Strengthening Systems & Identifying Vulnerabilities, scheduled for Wed. Oct. 11th, with MCPD Det. Dane Onorio will be rescheduled to Spring.

Book Fair Volunteers - We Need You!

The Scholastic book fair rolls into town in 2 weeks! Let's get ready with a fully staffed team of parent volunteers.

From setting up the fair, selling books -- during the school days and on family night 10/10 -- and then packing the fair back up at the end of the week, there's a lot of work ahead of us. But many hands make light work! And nothing's lighter than the page of book or the click of a finger on our Signup Genius.

Shifts are as short as an hour. No prior experience needed and volunteering is a lot of fun!

Excitement is building for this year's fall PTA Book Fair. Students will visit the book fair once during the regular Media class and then one additional visit time with their teacher. The book fair will take place in the Media Center during the week of Oct. 10th. Hey alright!
