Peter Pan: Playbill Advertising & Shout Outs
Once again, we are creating a keepsake program for this year’s drama production of Peter Pan. Shoutouts and advertising are a great memento for the cast, crew and chorus, and all the proceeds go directly to fund our amazing drama productions!
Advertisements in the program can be purchased by local businesses, and/or by Orchard families and friends. Ads may include photos, logos, clip art, drawings, poems, songs, or just some words of encouragement for the cast, crew, or chorus. Salute your own child or cheer on an entire group of kids! You can be as creative as you’d like!
Please create your ad using any application that is capable of producing a “pdf” or “jpg” file. They are easy enough to do in Microsoft Word. Please note the sizes and prices below when creating your ad.
This year we will again be offering the ever-popular “One Line Shout Outs.” You can purchase one line of text which will be added to shout-out pages in the program for just $10! E.g. “We are so proud of you Susie? Love, Nana and Papa”, “Welcome to the stage 3rd grade chorus!”

Shakespeare’s Comedy 12th Night coming to South Burlington
Comedic mistaken identity and deception abound, as the party rages, the laughter flows, and the live rock music plays on. Twelfth Night is a story of mistaken identity, concealed truth, and comic revelation. When siblings, Viola and Sebastian, are shipwrecked off the coastal region of Illyria, each believes the other to be dead. Viola disguises herself as a man to find employment but unintentionally catches the eye of Olivia, the beloved of her new employer, Duke Orsino. To make matters worse, Viola has fallen for the Duke. The situation gets no less complicated when Sebastian arrives on the scene and is quickly mistaken for his sister, the disguised Viola, and finds himself married to Olivia. Meanwhile, Sir Toby Belch and Sir Andrew Aguecheek are wreaking havoc among the servants with no less need for illusion, confusion, and concealment. In the end, most things work out and everyone at least gets their just deserts. Twelfth Night is filled with dance, folly, poetry, music and a cast of unforgettable characters, as well as some of Shakespeare’s best wisdom and wordplay.
It is most suitable for ages 10 and up. Twelfth Night will be performed on Friday and Saturday, January 10 and 11, 2020 at 7 pm in the South Burlington High School Theatre. Tickets are $10 ($7 for seniors and students) and are available at the door. For more information, or to order tickets online, contact: www.firstlighttheatrevt.com.
