Remembering a Legend
It is with great sadness that Chester Community lost a legend and role model tragically on September 10th. Larry Yarbray, Class of 1988, the former player and coach of the Chester Clipper Basketball Program was sent to his eternal resting place after a cycling accident. Coach Yarbray was a longtime mentor and friend of many in the Chester Upland Community. Larry touched many lives during his time on this earth and will be remembered as a one of the most decorated Chester High School Alumni. His life will be celebrated this week. Please continue to remember his family and friends during this most difficult time.
