We are excited to share that the work of our talented student artists has once again been published in the Naperville Police Department Crime Prevention Calendar. This is the 37th edition of the Crime Prevention Calendar, which highlights important crime prevention messages. Thank you to the Naperville Police Department for including our students' artwork.

Steeple Run Celebrates New Addition With Ribbon Cutting
Steeple Run officially opened its new addition on Tuesday with a ribbon cutting ceremony! The new space includes four kindergarten classrooms, a multi-use room, a conference room, and more.

Each month we will share a new video that focuses on one of the 10 components of Naperville 203's Instructional Mindset, which was designed to capture the values of Naperville 203's approach to teaching and learning. Please watch our first video on Facilitating Purposeful Instruction.
TEAM NEF registration closes TODAY
Join a group of parents, teachers, staff, community members, and students who will run or walk in the Healthy Driven Naperville Half Marathon, 10K or 5K on Sunday, Oct. 22, as Charity Heroes, raising funds for their favorite Naperville 203 school and the Naperville Education Foundation.

SUCCESS 2023 Back to School Cookout
Save The Date! Naperville 203 SUCCESS family organization's Back to School Cookout will be held Sunday, Sept. 10, at Seager Park from 1-5 p.m. SUCCESS is a family lead organization, with the support of Naperville 203 leaderships, who's mission is to supports families of students who identify as Black/African-American. 8th Grade Career Exploration Event: Career Motive-8
In partnership with area businesses, Naperville 203 will once again host our Fall 8th Grade Career Exploration Day to motivate students to continue career exploration & planning. City Seeks Student Representatives for Boards and Commissions
Mayor Scott A. Wehrli and the Naperville City Council invite all Naperville resident high school students to fill student positions on several City boards and commissions and participate in a Leadership Academy, presented through a partnership with KidsMatter. The deadline to apply is Thursday, Sept. 14, 2023.
The City invites students to apply for the following City of Naperville boards and commissions: Financial Advisory Board, Historic Preservation Commission, Human Rights & Fair Housing Commission, Naper Settlement Museum Board, Naperville Public Library Board of Trustees, Public Utilities Advisory Board, Riverwalk Commission, Sister Cities Commission, Special Events & Community Arts Commission and Transportation Advisory Board. There are more than 20 positions available. In addition to serving on a City board or commission, all student representatives are invited to attend the Leadership Academy.
KidsMatter Volunteer Fair
The annual KidsMatter Volunteer Fair is Tuesday, September 19th from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Fort Hill Activity Center 20 Fort Hill Drive, Naperville. Come to learn about volunteer opportunities in our community! Whether you like working outside, with children, animals, whether you are 9 or 99…. There is a volunteer opportunity for you!
