Gratitude Growth Mindset!
With Thanksgiving quickly approaching, now is a great time to practice the GLAD ritual from @biglifejournal.
Ready for a powerful tip to deepen your connection with your kids and instill a growth mindset? 👇👇👇
The 💛GLAD ritual💛 is a heartwarming practice that helps kids develop self-awareness, positivity, and joy. Plus, it's a beautiful way to get closer to your children.
Go through the GLAD list to end the day on a mindful note:
💛 Gratitude 👉 one thing they're grateful for
💛 Learning 👉 one thing they learned
💛 Accomplishment 👉 one thing they accomplished
💛 Delighted 👉 one thing that brought them joy
✨ Incorporate this ritual into your child's bedtime routine or share it at the dinner table as a family.
