ParentSquare

District and school information will now be sent to your computer or phone via email and/or text via ParentSquare. For even more convenience, download the ParentSquare app (available for free for iOS and Android devices). More information and directions for customizing your experience can be found on the GCPS website.

Students have access to StudentSquare as a way to communicate with teachers, administrators, and coaches. It can be found on their student portal or they can download the app.

12th Grade Pictures and Yearbook

To schedule senior portraits, visit Cady.com to set up an account, select and pay for their senior portrait session. They may pick a date and location that is convenient for them. If you wish to have your senior portrait taken at Berkmar, simply select Berkmar High School for Thursday, October 2. Please note, this is the only date Cady Studios will be at Berkmar for senior portraits.

When it comes to motivating teens, some techniques are more effective than others. Do work

with your teen to find solutions. Students are more motivated to follow through on a plan they

helped create. Don't nag. It won't work, and it will annoy your teen. Do link the task at hand to

your teen's long-term goals. But don't rescue your teen from mistakes. Unless it's a matter of
