CALENDAR UPDATE

Please MARK YOUR CALENDARS to reflect the following important changes:


  • Monday, April 5 - All staff and students will have the day off. This action gives students and staff a four-day weekend starting April 2, rather than the previously scheduled three-day weekend. Students and staff will return on April 6.

  • Thursday, May 20, is the last day of school for all students and now it is a half-day, rather than a full-day. Students are expected to attend and attendance will be taken.

STUDENTS IN GRADES K-12

***SWITCHING INSTRUCTIONAL OPTION: Students wishing to move from digital to in-person or in-person to digital for the final semester of the school year MUST NOTIFY THE SCHOOL before March 5.


OPTIONS IN FALL 2021: Several parents have asked about having a digital option available to students at the beginning of SY 21-22. At this time, we do not plan to offer both digital and in-person options next school year.


SCHEDULE: Students in all grades are on their regular daily attendance schedule at this time.


MASK MANDATE: Students in grades 8-12 are under a mask mandate. Students in the lower grades are expected to wear masks when social distancing cannot occur.


DIGITAL LEARNERS: Currently, fewer than 10% of all enrolled students are participating from home as digital learners.

COVID POSITIVE UPDATE

As of Monday, February 22, we had 11 active student cases (4 required contact tracing) and 3 active staff cases (1 required contact tracing).

MCSF CHILDREN'S FUND RAFFLE

REMINDER: The winner of the CHILDREN'S FUND RAFFLE will receive $1,000 cash. The raffle will close on March 25 at 9 am. You can buy your tickets at the link below for $25 (single ticket) or $100 (five tickets). All raffle proceeds will benefit Maryville students and families in need.
