Student: Technology Updates and Reminders
- Parents/Guardians can now submit support tickets for their students by sending an email to helpdesk@pusd.us
- Call Helpdesk for support or to submit a ticket. They are available Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 7:00pm. Call (626)396-3699
- Students and staff can still submit support tickets at gopusd.com/helpdesk
New and Transferred Students:
Once enrolled it can take a student 24-48 hrs to gain access to all of our instructional applications. If, after that time, your student is still not able to access their applications, please submit a support ticket with our helpdesk.
A few issue being seen on our devices can be fixed by simply clearing your cache. Our ITS Techs will often recommend this when helping user troubleshoot issues. You can follow the steps outlined below to start when troubleshooting on your own.
Student Hotspots
Teacher Laptop Deployment
If you are unable to pick up your laptop during our scheduled deployment days and times, please submit a ticket to make an appointment at Curbside Tech Support for after September 28th. You can do this by visiting gopusd.com/helpdesk.
Webex Calling
- Select Webex as your ticket category
- Include your assigned site location
- Include your current assigned extension number
Once our team is able to verify your account and assign your extension to your PUSD email account, you should gain access the the calling feature within Webex Teams.
