You can buy core shirts from August 1st to September 1, 2023. There are two options on how you can buy a core shirt. One of the options is to buy a PTSA membership and a core shirt for $20. Another option is to buy the core shirt for $6. Click here for details Core T-Shirt Sales

All students must follow the HMS dress code to keep our school appropriate. Clothing must cover the entire buttocks. Shirts and tops may not expose bare midriffs, bare shoulders, nor be deeply or narrowly cut in the front, back, or under the arms. Halter tops, spaghetti straps, and strapless tops are not acceptable. Clothing that exposes undergarments will not be tolerated for males or females. Clothing should be a comfortable, appropriate fit- not too tight or short. Anything out of this dress code will be sent down to ISS (in school suspension) for a change of clothes.

Parents please remember that the parking lot entrance has 2 lanes. If you choose the right lane, you will drive around and drop your student off along the blue line that leads to Hillcrest. If you choose the left lane, you will drive around and turn into the middle lane of the parking lot and drop your student off by the flagpole and crosswalk. We will have a staff member on crosswalk duty to help them cross to the school.

If you are interested in sending your 8th grader on the NYC/DC trip, there will be an informational meeting on Thursday, September 7th at 6pm in the cafeteria. You do not need to attend this meeting if you are already signed up for the trip.

You must complete register my athlete and all required paperwork before you can participate on any of our Falcon athletic teams or in any of our pre-season camps.

Interested in Cross Country, the season will be starting on October 1st. Please sign up on the door of room 408. Parent/student meeting coming soon! Register My Athlete must be completed and cleared in order to participate.

Interested in participating in a Volleyball Open gym with some of our awesome volleyball coaches. Please sign up on the door of room 408 and pick up a flier. (The cost is $40). Open gym will meet every Tuesday and Thursday in September from 3:00 pm-4:30 pm in the gym and this must be paid online.

The first drama club meeting will be on August 29th after school from 3-4 pm. There is a QR code on the door of room 607.

NJHS dues are past due, please make sure you pay your dues online before the first NJHS meeting on Friday, September 1st at 7:30 am.

The next FCA meeting will be on Friday, September 8th at 7:15 am in Room 409.

Students who are running for an officer position must have the core application and two teacher recommendations forms filled out and submitted to room 403 before September 9th. Those applying for core representative also need to submit their teacher recommendation papers and permission slip.

The first meeting of the Board Games Club will be September 12th from 3pm to 4pm in room 504.

Anime club will meet on Thursdays from 3pm-4pm.

We all want our students to have the best opportunities possible, so this is a great way to jump in and help out, simply by grocery shopping. We would really appreciate each and every one of you taking the few minutes it takes to sign up. Please share with other friends and family members to really incorporate our community.
