Dear Georgina,
I'm a new student this year at Magrath and I'm having trouble making new friends. Could you help me? Maybe some tips on how to talk to people. I don’t want to be lonely anymore.
Dear Lonely,
Some ways to make new friends is to not be shy, at the beginning most people will probably try to talk to you and try to get to know the new kid. Once you find that one person you like hanging out with the rest will be easy it might take some time, so just be patient after you and that person are friends for while have them introduce you to their friends and most likely they will like you. Our school isn't that big so it will be easier for you to talk to people. Try and go to extracurriculars that you have interests in and meet people with the same interests.

Going back in time ...... Movie Review
Back to the Future is a PG-13 science fiction movie that was released to the public in 1985. I had the opportunity to watch it for the first time this year and it immediately became one of my personal favourites.
This amazing film introduces the main character Marty Mcfly (Michael J. Fox), a high school student who is friends with an eccentric scientist, Doctor Emmit Brown (Christopher Lloyd).
The movie starts with Marty going to Doc’s house only to find out he isn’t there and by the looks of things, the Doctor hasn’t been home in some time.
While Marty is looking around the house Doc calls him and informs Marty to bring a camera to the town’s grocery store parking lot later that night, saying that it's for his newest experiment.
Confused and curious about the Docs new experiment Marty agrees to Docs request.
That night he meets up with him at the grocery store parking lot where Doc reveals a time machine built from a modified DeLorean and powered by Plutonium.
While Doc shows Marty how his time machine works and sets the date to November 5, 1955, when he first got the idea for his time machine, terrorists arrive and shoot Doc for stealing their plutonium. Terrified Marty jumps into the Delorean and starts to drive away only for the time machine to accidentally turn on and send Marty into the past.
Marty arrives in 1955 and searches for Doc’s passed self in hopes that he can help him get back to 1985.
I really enjoyed watching this movie, it has likable characters, an amazing storyline, and all in all a great family-friendly film. The only thing I regret about this movie is not seeing it sooner. I highly recommend it, 5 / 5 stars.

Capricorns and Aquarius both fall under this month, if your birthday is December 22 to January 19 you are a Capricorn. If your birthday is January 20 to February 18 you are an Aquarius.
Capricorns are generally ambitious and disciplined, they can be good at hiding their feelings and could often look at things negatively. They are most likely to settle down in Mexico with their 3 kids and dog. And for work they will be a Doctor.
Aquarius are known to be free-spirited and eccentric, they can often be identified by their offbeat fashion sensibilities, unusual hobbies. They are most likely to settle down in Paris and have a small family of four with two little puppies. There job will be a fashion designer.
New student
By Geran
This year in MHS we have had a handful of new students this year who are new to our school.
This is Ruby Erich she has transferred to Magrath from a school in Lethbridge. Ruby is in grade 11 and enjoys Magrath High School so far. In Ruby’s words "I like it here a lot and my time here has been fun." The reason for moving to Magrath High school has for fun. We love having such a kind-hearted and fun person in this school and welcome to our school.
