Day-of Details
Tomorrow, doors will open at 9:00am. We encourage street parking, and will have limited parking in our lower playground.
Students have received 5 entry tickets each, which were sent home two weeks ago.
Please remember:
-Students should arrive at their normal 8:30AM time and go straight to class. We will be unable to allow adults or family into the classroom or first floor foyers. Thank you for your cooperation.
-Every guest must have a ticket at the door. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
-Siblings at Carver school may come down to see the ceremony, but they must have a ticket to enter (you may send them to school with the ticket, or you may keep siblings with you that morning).
-There will be a designated space for you to take photos during the ceremony, when your child is receiving their certificate.
-You may bring leis and flowers to give your students AFTER the ceremony.
-PLEASE NO BALLOONS, per SFFD guidelines. You will be asked to return balloons to your car before entering the auditorium.
5th Grade Class Trip (permission slips sent home 5/24)
Our friends at the Tzu Chi Foundation have gifted all of our 5th graders with a ticket to see The Little Mermaid, starring Halle Bailey! Showtimes will be released on Thursday afternoon.
5th graders should be at school by 8:40 am on Friday. After breakfast, and a classroom clean up, they will take the T train to the AMC Metreon for the earliest showing possible.
Students should bring cash for any concessions or snacks that they might with to purchase.
