We've had a great first few days of school! It has been wonderful to see all of our students and start to get settled into the school year!

Thank you for your patience with buses and dismissal times. As students learn their procedures, wait times will decrease. If you are picking up Walking students after school, please remember to do so across the street from Timothy Ball.

NEW ENTRANCE!

Families will use the Preschool Entrance for Latch Key drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. The door will be marked with a sign. It is on the East Side of the building.

For Car Arrival and Dismissal, see the map below. Cars should enter the WEST parking lot from Summit Street. Enter on the left side, drive along the left, follow the curb and wait for staff unloading or loading instructions. Please do not exit your vehicle. When entering from Summit, two parallel car lines should be formed, and lines should MERGE AFTER the curve in the back. Please stay close to the curb to allow for as many cars as possible.

• Car riders should be dropped off at the WEST doors, when directed by staff.
• Staff members will load cars in the afternoon.
• Please display your car tag to ensure a quick car loading time. (Car tags will be distributed by the school).
• Please do not exit your car, as this slows down arrival and drop off.

As our district-wide capital improvement projects continue, Timothy Ball Elementary will temporarily serve only cold lunches. Our food services team remains committed to providing healthy meals that meet all requirements of the federal school lunch guidelines. We will keep you updated on the progress of our new kitchen and the timeline for returning to the traditional lunch menu. Thanks for your understanding as we build new opportunities to better serve our students.
