Transportation Update 9.10

SISD Family,

As you are aware, the Town of Sunnyvale is improving the community's roadways in the $9.3 million road improvement project recently approved by the Sunnyvale Town Council. The general schedule for the project is available on The Town of Sunnyvale's website. Be sure to review the schedule so that you can be mindful of the overall construction plan.

Transportation Update 10/29/2023

Changes to Bus 16

Beginning 10/30, Southbound Collins will be closed. This will not affect the morning route at this time. The PM route will be run in the following order.

Tripp, Rebecca, East Fork, Gloria, Town East, Collins, Barnes Bridge, Polly Rd

Westbound Town East and Southbound East Fork remain closed. Routes affected by these closures are Bus 24, Bus 12, and Bus 16

Changes to Bus 24

Order we will run until Town East is done (Probably until Thanksgiving Break) These times are estimates. Allow 5 minutes either side of the time. SMS/SHS times are approximately 45 minutes after 1st route times.

Changes to Bus 12

We are going to run the same order. Only effect will be the Preserve getting home a little later because we have to go down Stoney Creek to Jobson and come in from the North. In the morning, everyone needs to be ready a couple minutes earlier than normal. SMS/SHS route in the afternoons will get home a couple minutes later than normal.
