Reminder - Save the Date: BES Multicultural Night - May 9th (5:30-7:00 pm)

On May 9, 2024, we will be having a multicultural night to celebrate all the amazing cultures not only in our building but around the world. Each grade level will be learning about a country on the continent they are studying. Alongside what they learn in class they will be creating art work that aligns with the country. We want to give families the opportunity to share their culture with the BES community. If your family or a cultural organization that you're apart of is interested in participating in any of the following ways, please indicate all that apply below. We will contact you with more information soon. Thank you and we look forward to seeing lots of different expressions of culture from within our community!

2023-2024 BES Multicultural Night Family Survey

Student Services is organizing two career days this spring. On Friday, May 3rd, we will have a "Careers on Wheels" event for preK-2nd grade. Our guests will bring their work vehicles to show students. For 3rd-5th grade, we will hold a traditional job fair on Tuesday, April 30th. Presenters are encouraged to bring a presentation board, display, or interactive tools/activities.

If you would like to invite family or friends to present, please have them fill out the interest form below. We are providing this information in advance to allow guests ample time to make work arrangements.

On Friday, February 9, we celebrated our amazing, patient, and kind school counselors! Thank you to Ms. Bowser and Ms. Wooten, for everything you do for our students!

It’s not too late to send them a note of appreciation or a gift off their Teacher Support Committee wishlist.

Make this Monday (2/12) a little easier... with Spirit Night dinner from Chick-fil-A at Waverly Place, at 411 Colonades Way!

10% of all MOBILE orders between 5-8pm will be donated to Briarcliff. Download the Chick-fil-A app and use it to place your mobile order – for dine-in, carry-out, or drive-thru!

Join us in the Media Center on Tuesday, February 13, at 7pm – for our monthly PTA Meeting and a showing of “Horton Hears a Who!”

Keep the kids entertained with a family-friendly movie, while you enjoy some adult time getting to know other parents and what’s going on at our school! All are welcome! This is not a drop-off event, but PJs are allowed.

Our annual Spring Fling family event is coming up in April! The Silent Auction & Raffle is a huge crowd-pleaser, and proceeds go directly to Briarcliff… But we need your help to make it a success!

How you can help:

• Donate a product or service that you offer

• Ask a local business to support our school

• Purchase a toy, game, or gift to raffle

Bring donations to the office labeled “Spring Fling” by April 10!

Our PTA Teacher Support Committees (TSC) partner willing parents with teacher/staff teams to expedite creative problem solving within the school and benefit every student in the building.

Being a TSC member is easy – contact your grade/team captain to join the committee email list, and they’ll send you a variety of opportunities to help out as they arise. A fun and flexible way to directly impact our classrooms, on your schedule!
