Principal Message
Ngā mihi nui ki a koutou katoa. Greetings to you all.
Recently the Leadership and Admin Team have reviewed how we communicate with you and developed a draft strategy which we invite your feedback on. The following guiding principles were used:
We aim to avoid duplication of information.
Information should be easily locatable for future reference.
Important information needs to be prominent and accurate.
Communication needs to be proactive to enable effective organisation.
We encourage the community to address concerns and queries directly rather than via external social media platforms.
Staff value and will prioritise time for face to face communication.
Communication with staff needs to be done between 8.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday.
We have a duty of care to protect privacy when publishing content online.
Good luck to our gymnastics team who compete in the interschools at the stadium tomorrow and all students involved in winter sporting codes this weekend!
Ngā manaakitanga,
Symon Beattie
Principal
