Disciplined Learners
“In matters of style, swim with the current; in matters of principle, stand like a rock”.
“Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment, a person who masters himself through self-control and discipline is undefeatable”
Being disciplined means being consistent in our efforts to attain perfection. Actions become very effective when they align with consistency. We, at Bodhi, strive to bring this consistency in our children as this is the right strategic plan and a key to success. Principles connect values to actions and wisdom is an outcome of a disciplined life. Studies and researches reveal that people who are successful have a principle driven life. Most people acquire their sense of right and wrong during their childhood while the moral development occurs throughout our life as human beings pass through different stages of growth. We need to prepare our children to be disciplined, principled and benevolent.
With the help of Primary Years Program, we prepare our children to be consistent and disciplined in their actions and be responsible for their actions. To thrive in today’s world, children must be open-minded and be able to explore new horizons with innovation and inventions. The purpose of Primary Years Program is to replace an empty mind with an open one. Working in unity helps to bring about cognitive development in children. Success is neither magical nor mysterious but is the natural consequence of a principled and disciplined life. Learning various skills help children to enrich their minds and soul with knowledge. Developing exquisite talent and skills, and accomplishing magnificent targets and goals are the cornerstones of the Primary Years Program.
As educators, we encourage our children to perform with vigor and valour and display their flair with courage. Children should be prepared to face the world and face new challenges. Thus, Primary Years Program eventually develops discipline in children and encourages them to attain their goals and display their best attributes in their daily lives.
