Our district values your feedback! To ensure we continue to provide high-quality, rigorous learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners, we need your feedback. We want to know what you think.
For the next few weeks, we will be asking you to take a brief survey to tell us about your experience at Central Elementary. This survey is 100% anonymous and your answers are not connected to you in any way.
The survey will begin on Friday, 6/2/23 and you’ll have until the end of the school year to take it. You will be able to take the survey online at home or anytime that you come to Central Elementary.
In order to access the online survey, you can go to: https://surveys.panoramaed.com/wnesuvt where you will be asked to put in your child’s school’s specific code. This will give you immediate access to the survey. Our school’s access code is: 1016660796

If you have students in different schools, you should receive a separate email with a different access code/QR code so that you can give feedback to that school, as well.
