Pauline Central Primary School

This past week saw the beginning of drywall installation in our new additions. Work on the roof continues and a main water line was connected through our parking lot. We are hopeful that HVAC in our entryway will be installed this coming week.

In the coming weeks you may notice that our parking lot seems to be tighter. The construction fence will be moved to allow for installation of our new sidewalk.

In order to ensure our students and staff safety. Please refrain from cell phone use while in the parking lot during dismissal at Pauline Central. Thank you for your help!

On Friday, September 29, we recognized our students who consistently demonstrate the character traits of Respect (August) and Responsibility (September). Our students did an amazing job following our assembly expectations as their classmates were recognized.

Each Friday, a school wide drawing of ROAR bucks is conducted. Students whose ROAR bucks are selected are invited to one of the following celebrations:

Popcorn with the Principal

Cookies with the Counselor

Donuts with the Dean

Snacks with the Social Worker

We LOVE celebrating with our students who demonstrate Respectful, Responsible, and Safe behaviors at school!

Our next meeting date is Tuesday, October 3, at 5:30 p.m. at Pauline South. All are welcome and encouraged to join us!

Parents of students attending a Title 1 school have the right to request information on the professional qualifications of your child’s teacher and any paraprofessional working with your child. The information you may request includes:

• If the teacher has met the state qualifications and licensing criteria for the grade levels taught;
• Whether the teacher is under an emergency or other provisional license or whether the licensing criteria has been waived;
• The teacher’s degree major and any other graduate certification or degree held;
• Whether the child is provided services by a paraprofessional and if so, their qualifications.
