We had a wonderful turnout for the July 4th cookout and potluck celebration! A big thank you to Kathy and Andy Anderson family for running the grill and Lacy Theisen of POP Balloons for donating decorations. It was so nice to see so many neighbors!

Our next HOA Board meeting will be Monday, August 9 at 6:00pm at the clubhouse. All residents are welcome!

Back to School with Berry Creek!

The Berry Creek HOA is excited to host a Back-to-School Snow Cone Night! The HOA is providing snow cones for all neighborhood kids. Additional snow cones for parents and guests will be available for purchase.

Come out to the clubhouse on Monday, August 9 from 6-8pm. The pool will be open that day, too!

The first day of school for Stillwater Public Schools in Thursday, August 12.

Brandon Halcomb, President

Brandon Halcomb is married to Starla Halcomb and they have one son, Eli. Brandon and Starla are both graduates of Oklahoma State University and moved back to Stillwater in 2005. They built a house in Berry Creek in 2012. Brandon is a Captain for the Stillwater Fire Department. Starla owns LEAD Training, LLC. Eli graduated from Stillwater High School and attends Oklahoma State University studying electrical engineering.

Nancy Cooper

My husband, Mickey Cooper, and I live at 3211 W. Shiloh Creek. I am a retired school administrator, and I continue to be active with my volunteer “jobs.” We have two sons and two grandsons. When we retired in 2006, we moved to Stillwater from Lubbock, Texas, to be close to our older son and his family. Our younger son and his wife live in Canada. We moved

to Berry Creek in 2015, and we enjoy being a part of the Berry Creek community.

Sara Arens, Secretary

Sara and Zac Arens live at 3220 W Cypress Mill Avenue with their boys Evan (9) and Benjamin (7). They moved to Stillwater and Berry Creek in July 2013 when Zac started in the Marketing Department at OSU. Sara is a former elementary teacher turned stay at home mom. She's slowly venturing back into the grown-up world by working as a University Supervisor for Student Teachers at OSU's College of Education, Health and Aviation. She's active in the Sangre Ridge PTO and Stillwater Junior Service League. When she's not keeping up with very active boys, Sara loves to read, knit, watch movies, and plan Pinterest home projects that she never finishes.

Pat Kennedy

Pat and Sue Kennedy reside at 1709 S. Berry Creek. They first moved to Stillwater in the 1980s and then returned to Stillwater after several years in North Texas. Pat is retired from OSU where he was with the Student Financial Aid Office. He enjoys volunteering with the Stillwater YMCA and Habitat for Humanity, traveling and taking his grandkids to the Berry Creek Pool.

Bryan Brockbank

Bryan and Sarah Brockbank live at 3209 Shiloh Creek with their two boys: Caleb (5) and Wesley (3). They moved to Stillwater in 2017 when Bryan joined the faculty in the accounting department at OSU. They enjoy running, hiking, camping, or just being outdoors.

Kathy Anderson, Treasurer

Kathy Anderson is the BC HOA Treasurer. She also manages the clubhouse reservation calendar.

Kathy and Andy have lived at 1701 Berry Creek Street for 17 years. They have two grown sons. Tyler (Laura) lives in Kenai, AK. Riley (Ashlyn) lives in Kansas City, KS.

Kathy enjoys reading, scrapbooking,and OSU sporting events. She also works as Sales Support for DKA, LLC.
