Introducing Club Paper!
We are excited to announce that starting September 27, your students will have access to free virtual activities through Club Paper. This program is designed to keep students engaged in a fun, low-pressure learning environment, while giving you the flexibility to select individual classes that match your students’ interests and fit within your schedules.
This virtual program offers daily live and on demand classes across several categories, including art, movement, math, science, cooking, language, and more. There will be five live classes a day, between 9 am PT / 12 pm ET and 5 pm PT / 8 pm ET, as well as a handful of on demand classes throughout the week.
Registration is now open for the week of September 27. Every week, registration for the following week will open on Friday.

Charging Issues
Lost or Stolen Devices
If Lost:
Report your lost device to your teacher/office manager/librarian/or instructional coach (whoever gave you the device)
The staff member will obtain the serial number of the device and report the device as lost to ITS through the Fresh Desk Ticketing service.This will lock the device from further use.
The student will be given a device to use until either the device is found, or the parent pays for the lost device. Parents may order lost chargers on Amazon. Elementary Device/ Secondary Device
Students/Parents will receive an invoice for the device from the school. Funds collected will be sent to the ITS department ATTN: Teresa Rodriguez.
Once the finds have been put back into the ITS account, a replacement device will be ordered and sent to the school to be checked out to the student in Destiny.
If Stolen:
File a police report. If your device is one of the TK-5 grade chromebooks, the cost of the device is $389.10 and the cost of the 6th-12th grade chromebooks is $758.
Report your stolen device to your teacher/office manager/librarian/or instructional coach (whoever gave you the device) Turn a copy of your police report into your school.
The staff member will obtain the serial number of the device in Destiny and will report the device as lost to ITS through the Fresh Desk Ticketing service. This will lock the device from further use.
The student will be given a loaner device until the insurance claim has been fully processed and the device is replaced.
