We are so excited to welcome our students on Wednesday, August 30th!
Please remember the following:
AM Satellite families should park in a parking space and walk their child to the gym entrance and ring the white door bell.
You are not allowed to park along Pakachoag Street.
VEHICLE DROP OFF BEGINS AT 8:25 AM
All families should be entering the Pakachoag School drop off lane from the Auburn side of Pakachoag Street to allow the buses and most importantly, emergency vehicles, to access the school and neighborhood from the Worcester side of Pakachoag Street.
PLEASE REVIEW THE UPDATED ARRIVAL PROCEDURES FOR MORNING VEHICLE DROP OFF
Please enter the paved drop off lane on the left-hand side past the building following the traffic arrows.
Your student should be in the rear of your vehicle on the driver’s side.
A staff member will open the door of your vehicle.
If your child is unable to unbuckle on their own, an adult in the vehicle will need to help your child. Staff will not assist with unbuckling children.
We ask that you pull as far up as directed by staff. We will safely unload as many vehicles as possible.
Parents/Guardians are asked to remain in their vehicles unless your child needs unbuckling assistance.
As a reminder, the horseshoe driveway in front of the main entrance is for buses only.
For safety reasons, parents/guardians are not allowed to park and walk their child(ren) into school.
UPDATED: Pakachoag Dismissal
When picking up your student(s) at the end of the school day, please remember:
Parents/Guardians should not arrive for dismissal prior to 3:00 p.m as students and staff are still on the school grounds.
Student dismissal begins at 3:10 P.M.
If you are picking your student up from school, you are asked to park in the school parking lot.
Parents/Guardians will exit their vehicle and proceed to your student’s designated door.
Please arrive at 3:10 PM at the assigned exit door.
1st & 2nd Grade Individual Pick-Ups will be at the gym door.
Ms. King’s Class, Kindergarten & Family Pick-Ups will be at the parking lot door.
No student will be released to anyone without prior approval and photo identification. Please be patient with us during this process.
