Principal Message
As December arrives, I find myself reflecting on the speed with which the year has passed. The energy and excitement in this month are truly special. I want to express my deep gratitude for the privilege of working in this role and being a part of this community. The commitment of every stakeholder to the success of our students is inspiring. Thank you for your ongoing support and partnership.

- Clothing Expectations: We have updated our winter clothing expectations here. If your family needs assistance please call the office and ask for Mrs. Mundigler.
- Recognize a Teacher: Kewaskum Elementary School is blessed with fantastic staff that focus on teaching the whole child. Their commitment to the students of KES is commendable. Please consider recognizing a staff member at KES through this Google form. These small notes have such a BIG impact!
- Interested in attending KES Adult Night? Please complete this short survey to help us plan: Adult Night Survey
- Interested in giving back this season? Consider donating to the Giving Tree at KES to help families in need. If you would like to support the cause, bring in any new gift (unwrapped) to the KES office.
- iReady Home Access: Students have been engaging in their i-Ready lessons at school that help them receive extra practice in the areas of reading and math based on their strengths and areas that need improvement. This program can also be accessed from home and if you and/or your child are interested in how to engage in this program at home, please click on this link for directions. Students in K-2 will be receiving their Quickcard so that they can log in using a QR code. Watch for this in your child's folder the week of December 4th.
- Volunteering: If you are volunteering, please remember that taking pictures of other students is not allowed.
- Attendance Secretary Needed: KHS is currently seeking someone to fill its Attendance Secretary position. The position is school year only, with hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Please refer anyone interested to job listing 184658 on the WECAN website, or contact Mark Bingham at mbingham@kewaskumschools.org.
