Bridges Breeze
Friday, February 2, 2024
We love to see our Bridges Bears each and Every Day! Attendance is Essential!
- Sleep is important for mental health because it helps to:
- Relieve stress, improve concentration, regulate mood, and sharpen judgment and decision-making. A lack of sleep not only reduces mental clarity but our ability to cope with stressful situations. This is due, in part, to the impact of chronically high levels of cortisol. Continuing to have consistent bedtime and morning routines is so helpful for each of our students! Thanks for all you do to encourage sleep and attendance!
Congrats to our Spelling Bee Participants and Champion!
Avery Norsten (1st) and Dante Fisher (2nd)

Staff Spotlight for the week
Mrs. Sarah - Paraprofessional
Mrs. Sara is looking forward to helping and watching students grow each and every day. She enjoys camping with her family and watching her boys play sports.
Mrs. Kriselle - Cafeteria POS, Library Paraprofessional
Things that are exciting about this year.... Seeing students enjoying their lunch in the cafeteria and visiting with friends is one of Mrs. Kriselle's highlights! She also enjoys helping students find and check out library books each week. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her husband and kids and going for walks around my neighborhood.
Mr. Reedstrom is the most excited to see the growth of the students from the beginning to the end of the school year. Outside of school, he enjoys all things sports and spending time with my family.
