Author/Illustrator Mike Wohnoutka Will Visit OMS
Olive will be hosting a second author visit in the month of February! We will welcome author/illustrator Mike Wohnoutka on Thursday, February 21. Mr. Wohnoutka will teach us how he creates his illustrations and gets ideas for his books as he shares his new book, Croc and Turtle. Students in Kindergarten, first, and second grade will attend this presentation at 9:15. Afternoon Kindergarteners are invited to attend with a parent or guardian. We are grateful to Anderson’s Books for sponsoring the author visit.
If any students or families would like to order a personalized autographed copy of Croc & Turtle, please print and return an order form to the library media center by the day of his visit. Follow this link to the LMC website to find the order form to print. Paper copies of order forms will also be available in the library for students to bring home.
