Please submit this form ASAP!
Thank you!
8th-Grade Students ~ High School Information Form
Dear Parents/Guardians of 8th grade students,
Please fill out the online form below to let us know what high school your child will be going to next year. Filling out this form will assist us in knowing where to mail your student's cumulative records once they've been requested by the school. It will also assist us when high schools request transcripts for students.
📝 Returning Student Registration
Did your Wolf attend ASA last year? If so, please log on to your ASA Parent Portal account and complete the 22-23 Returning Student Registration (also known as the Welcome Packet) as soon as possible. To do this, login to your parent portal account via the website, not the app, then go to the left of the screen and click the icon that reads Registration 2022-2023.
🥪 📖 🍥 💧Treats and Other Items
💧 Water Bottles
Please send a refillable water bottle with your wolf daily being sure their name is on it. The school is unable to provide water bottles for students. Thank you!
💊 Medication on Campus
Please note that only students with a medication form signed by a doctor and turned in to the Health Office are permitted to carry medication on their person. The form must specify that the student may carry the medication with them during the school day.
🕝 Early Student Pick Up
When possible, please refrain from picking up your Wolf during recess, lunch or the last hour of school. Please make an appointment in advance so we can have your Wolf ready upon your arrival.
🚗 Please Do Not Block Driveways
When dropping off and picking up your wolves, please remember to be mindful and respectful of our neighbors and their homes and do not block their driveways.
The Great Wolf Challenge!
We are excited to announce our Great Wolf Challenge. Apex Protection Project brought wolves to our campus so that students can learn about these animals and how we can protect them. The Apex Protection Project has extended an invitation to ASA to participate in a contest and win a chance to visit the rescue. This STEAM challenge will require students to use their creativity, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of environmental sustainability to create an animal crossing for wolves using recycled materials.
Please see this link for more information on The Great Wolf Challenge along with all the requirements and submission details. Winners will be announced during our grade level assemblies later this month!
CAHELP - PBIS
Presentation and materials from our SELPA's Community Advisory Committee (CAC) meeting on Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports in the Home. See this resource for positive reinforcement strategies to reduce or eliminate undesired behaviors at home. Thank you to our CAC parent representative for passing these along!
