From our AMAZING PTA
The PTA book drive to refresh/restock the school and classroom libraries ends this weekend! THANK YOU to everyone who has participated. We fully satisfied the Molina Healthcare of Washington's book-for-book donation matching with 50 matched donations! We have some great community partners who have also joined the cause!
There are three ways to participate:
1. Purchase a book from our Amazon Wish List: https://shorturl.at/py246
2. Purchase grade-appropriate books (4th and 5th grade) from another store/website (including the partner opportunity with PaperPie https://bit.ly/4dGrEMm ) and drop them off or mail them directly to "Saltar's Point ATTN: Book Drive." If you have books at home to get rid of, we will also accept donations of used books in good condition.
3. Donate money and let us shop for you! https://mp.gg/ddqhnddz
Every little bit helps! Please share with your friends/family. All donations are tax-deductible and the PTA can provide donation receipts upon request.

5th graders visit Pioneer Middle School
Next week our 5th grade students will get to head over to Pioneer for a quick visit. The admin team will give a presentation, electives will be discussed (not decided on), and our students will get to watch the band and choir perform. In August families will get to check things out at the school at Pirate Day and the Open House (those dates will will be announced later during the summer)
Thank you to our Volunteers!
If you are a volunteer and the parent/guardian of a rising 6th grader, please contact the volunteer coordinator to make sure that Pioneer Middle School is listed on your volunteer profile.
