Important Information for the 2024-2025 School Year

School Meals

The 2024-2025 Free & Reduced Meal Benefit Applications are now available online. Please go to the following link to fill out the application: https://www.myschoolapps.com/Application.

If you filled out an application last school year, you must complete a new one for this school year. If you have any questions, please call the Food & Nutrition Office at (410) 996-6257.

Transportation

Bus Stops - All CCPS schools have sent bus stop information home to CCPS families for the 2024-2025 school year. If you did not receive bus stop information and you want your child/children to be transported by CCPS, please contact your school to request a stop.

WheresTheBus (Parent App) - This app utilizes GPS technology on our school buses to provide secure access for parents to know when their child’s bus will arrive at the bus stop right from their phone or computer. As the school year approaches, please sign up for the WheresTheBus parent app. Click here to learn more.

Elementary and Middle School Supplies

*High School supplies are dependent upon individual classes and any additional supplies needed will be communicated to students.*

Electronic Emergency Card Process

Once again, this year, we will be asking families to update their contact information using our online enrollment platform, PowerSchool Enrollment. Families will receive an email the week of September 9th with instructions for logging into or creating a PowerSchool enrollment account. Students new to CCPS this school year and who transferred from one CCPS school to another over the summer will not be included in this process, as contact information was recently collected for these students.
