Happy Saturday Eagles!

We had a wonderful, "short" week! Hopefully everyone stayed safe in the frigid weather on Friday, and you all are resting up for the week ahead. It is hard to believe that we only have 2 weeks left prior to spring intercession. The last day for students is Friday, March 6. We need everyone focused and working hard to get that last instruction in prior to the break.

We were excited to have a few families at our magnet open house, despite the cold, rainy weather on Thursday. Please remember that if you are already attending our school, it is unnecessary to apply through the magnet lottery again. Also, if you have a student at CEEMS, siblings are automatically able to enroll. If you know anyone interested in submitting an application through the magnet lottery, the process begins on Monday, February 24. Please encourage them to apply and contact our office at 910-347-1261 for a tour.

Talent Show

Our annual talent show is coming up! It is scheduled for Thursday, March 5 at 5:30pm. Doors will open at 5:00pm. Pizza, popcorn, chips, and water will be available for purchase. We have some very talented students performing, so you don't want to miss it! Clyde Erwin Dance Crew will be performing two routines, and we have a special dance by Clyde Erwin Staff! It will be an evening to remember!

Box Tops

Thank you to all who donated Box Tops! We will be collecting until the beginning of May. Please continue to collect Box Tops and turn them in by April. Box Tops provide extra funding for our school.

We review our behavior expectations with students regularly so they can show school pride at CEES and earn Class DoJo points.
