RCA App
The RCA House App lets you know when your student earns house points
Stone Creek collects house points on the Ron Clark Academy house point app. The house point app will let you see the live school house point totals. It will also allow you to see when your individual child earns a house point and see who gave it to them and why. The app has a feature to alert your device whenever your child earns a house point. You can get download the app (Google or Apple) onto a device or use the website https://rcahousepoints.com.
If you are interested in this, you will need to sign up below for each student you would like to have access to. You will only be able to see your own child's house points and school totals. This will be an opt in only. We will only share the sign up information with parents who want to opt into it. If you sign up, you will receive an email with further instructions after the office processes your request.
Volunteer at Stone Creek
We really hope to increase our parent involvement at Stone Creek during the 2024-2025 school year. One way we are looking to increase parent involvement is through volunteers at Stone Creek. We are looking for volunteers who want to work in the school, work at SCE special events, and volunteer from home.
If you are interested, make sure you are an approved volunteer for WSD. Click here for details! There is an annual step for renewal that must be completed before becoming a volunteer.
Please click on the button below to show your interest in becoming a Stone Creek Volunteer. This will help us build our list of who to communicate with when volunteers are needed. We can't wait to boost up our volunteers this year.
Volunteer of the Month
Congratulations to Jamie Rothermich for being Stone Creek's first ever Volunteer of the Month! Jamie will receive a ribbon to add to her button, preferential parking in our Volunteer of the Month parking spot, and a Fast Pass for the month of October. Thanks again to ALL of our volunteers for filling in the missing piece to our puzzle, we appreciate you!
Fall Parties
When is the Fall Party at Stone Creek?
- Friday, Oct. 18
- 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Can parents attend the Fall Party?
- Yes, visitors can attend.
- Visitors will sign in beginning at 9:15 a.m.
- Sign in will start outside. We will have two lines. A line for those who "pre-registered" and one for those who did not pre-register and need to go through a Raptor screening that day.
- All visitors will go to the playground area to view the Fall Parade. You must have a Raptor sticker to be out back on the playground for the parade.
- No visitors will go to the classroom first.
What will a visitor need to gain access to the building?
- All visitors will need to have a valid ID and be run through the Raptor System.
- We HIGHLY suggest people who plan to attend to pre-register by filling out the form below. Pre-register means we will pre-print and run your information through Raptor.
- If you don't pre-register, you will need to wait in the long line to run through the Raptor system.
Will Stone Creek allow costumes at the fall party? What are the guidelines?
- For the fall parade, students may wear school appropriate costumes.
- Nothing scary, no weapons, and no gore.
- No face coverings allowed.
- Students should come to school in costume. We will not be changing at school.
- If your child has PE that day, please have tennis shoes.
- Make sure your child can easily use the restroom with costume.
- If riding a bus, the costume must not interfere with the bus ride.
Where is the parade and what happens after the parade?
- The parade will take place on the blacktop area near the playground. Students will make a big loop for everyone to see each other in costume.
- After the parade, all classes and visitors will go back to the classroom. Please note: the majority of party time will be the parade. We don't recommend planning for much more than the parade and a quick game.
Can we bring food to parties?
- No outside food or drinks will be brought in by visitors.
- Visitors carrying in food will be asked to take it back to the car.
- Classroom teacher will allow students to eat a snack from home during the party.
No students will be released from class without the parent going to the main office and following our normal sign out procedures. Please know there may be a long wait to sign out. We highly prefer students to attend the entire school day.

SCE PARENT TEACHER CONNECTION
Dragon Dash Color Run
We're excited to introduce this year's main fundraiser, the Dragon Dash color Run. Our goal this year is to raise $10,000 for an outdoor classroom to benefit ALL students at Stone Creek Elementary.
We're excited for this fundraising experience because it offers three important things to our school community; a user-friendly fundraising platform,, a character enrichment program and a fitness-focused event that includes ALL of our students.
As a family, you will work together asking friends and family to donate on your student's donation page at MyBooster.com. The best part is, you can still support our school just by SHARING about the fundraiser.
Students will also experience an amazing character enrichment program called "Castel Quest", teaching students about how to be brave and live with character.
Trunk or Treat-Must Sign Up to Attend!
