Cost Centre Expenditure
Cost Centre managers are reminded that 65% of Curriculum budgets should be expended by the end of Term 2 – i.e. invoices paid by this time, not just orders in place. The finance committee will review all cost centres at the first finance meeting of Term 3 and if budgets are underspent, funds may be redirected to other areas of need.
Ordering and purchasing of resources will cease at the end of Term 3 to ensure:
- Current year students benefit
- Invoices are paid by mid Term 4
- Finance Committee has accurate financial information for budget preparation.
Any consumable items (i.e. perishable items for Home Economics and Science classes and end of year functions) can still be purchased during Term 4. Please order any stationery requirements before the start of Term 4 and only what you need for the current year.
Education Assistants
Please just call into the front office each morning when you arrive to see if there have been any changes to your timetable. Wednesday meetings for EA’s are postponed for now, please check your emails regularly for any updates from Fiona or myself that are usually passed on at our fortnightly meeting.
