We hope your year is off to a great start! February is shaping up to be an exciting month, and we’re eager to share what’s ahead.
APEX Fun Run
Our one and only PTA fundraiser, the APEX Fun Run, kicks off on February 10th, with the big run happening on Friday, February 21st. Proceeds from this event directly support field trips for our PK–5th grade students. We’re looking for volunteers to help make this event a success, so please consider joining us!
DEAR Time (Drop Everything and Read)
We’re thrilled to host another DEAR Time on Friday, February 7th, from 8:00–8:30 AM. Guardians are invited to come to school, find a cozy spot, and enjoy reading with their children. After DEAR Time, we’ll offer a couple of parent sessions in the library—feel free to stay and participate!
Attendance Reminder
While we understand that illnesses are going around, we want to emphasize the importance of attending school every day and arriving on time. Every moment in class is valuable, and we appreciate your support in ensuring students maximize their learning opportunities.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Teachers will continue scheduling conferences for students who need additional academic support. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your child’s teacher.
