Mr. Hiti's Message
Our winter concerts begin next week with the 8th grade Band, Orchestra, & Choir performing on Tuesday December 12, and our 7th grade Band, Orchestra, & Choir performance will be on Thursday December 14. The 5th and 6th grade Band, Orchestra, & Choir concerts will be taking place in January. I hope to see you at one of these concerts.
Our winter sports season is underway. Students are participating in basketball, dance team, gymnastics, Nordic skiing, swimming and diving, and wrestling. We are also offering a variety of clubs and activities for students so they have a chance to get involved in something, and meet new people that have similar interests. Please encourage your student to try something that is offered. It is a great way to get involved.

A Note from the Nurse Regarding Immunizations
Dear families, if your child is non-compliant on immunizations, you would have been contacted by letter and Talking Points by the Nursing staff. This information is required by Minnesota State law. Either turn in the missing immunizations or you can also submit a notarized a conscientious exemption form for the health office to have on file. A final letter will be mailed out next week and if the Nurses do not have the information before Winter Break your child will not be able to return to school until we have the necessary information.
Friendly Elves
Now in its 7th year, the Friendly Hills staff and PTA come together during the winter season to spread joy to our students and families through the Friendly Elves program. If you would like to donate personal care items, gift cards, comfort items like blankets, stuffed animals, or fidgets, please follow this link to sign up! Thank you for your generosity!
