π Message from the Principal π
Dear Families and Students,
It's hard to believe weβre already in February! The past couple of months have been incredibly busy. Our students recently completed their Winter MAP testing, and Iβm excited to review the results to see their progress since the Fall. A huge thank you to our students for their hard work and perseverance during testing!
I also want to express my appreciation to everyone who attended Parent-Teacher Conferences. Itβs terrific to see open lines of communication between teachers and parents, as this collaboration helps ensure a smooth and successful school year for our students.
As always, please donβt hesitate to reach out with any questions. We are a team, and together, we will continue to support our students in every way possible!
Blessings,
Mrs. Amelia Petersen, Principal

π£ Shepherd Shout Outs π£
Shout out to everyone who voted for our Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Lori Freund, in Catholic Financial Life's Give Back Contest. Mrs. Freund was one of the top ten vote getters in the contest (but number one in our hearts). Mrs. Freund would like to THANK all those who voted!
Shout out to our Safety Coordinator, Mr. Petersen, for installing safety lockdown rollup shades for all classroom windows and doors earlier this week! THANK YOU!
Soup-er Bowl Service Project - THANK YOU!
Today we gathered together for our February Catholic Identity "In the Deed, Find Glory" assembly. Students learned facts about the Fondy Food Pantry. We added up the total of cans of soup collected. We will be donating a GRAND TOTAL of 218 cans of soup and $350.00 to the Fondy Food Pantry! Thank you for your generosity. The second, third, and fourth grade students will be delivering the soup to the Fondy Food Pantry on February 19th. Students also created a special "blessings" picture that will be included in bags of food distributed to the less fortunate at the pantry.
