- Request your end-of-year DE transcript directly from NOVA by following the instructions found HERE.
- LCPS DOES NOT send DE transcripts to colleges.
- If you get an error message, try using a different browser or clearing your cache.
*Remember, your school counselor will send your final HS transcript to the college you indicated in your senior survey!*
Moving?
Moving this summer? Please contact our registrar, Erin Supplee at erin.supplee@lcps.org to complete the withdrawal.
Clinic - Monday is the last day for pickup!
Medical Pickups
Please pick up medication/supplies on one of the following days:
- June 17th from 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
Per the Virginia Department of Education, medication CANNOT be stored over the summer.
Medication WILL BE DISCARDED if not collected by the end of day on Monday, June 17th.
Loudoun County Public Schools requires a new provider/physician order each school year for the medication or specialized care which your child receives at school. If your child will continue to need medication or specialized health care at school, you and your child’s licensed healthcare provider must complete and sign the proper form(s). Please note that parents may not amend the provider’s order for managing the child’s medical condition.
The required forms are available in the health office at your child’s school or online at www.lcps.org. Click on the “Families” tab and the forms will be found under Medication at School. The forms should be returned, along with the appropriate medication, in the original, pharmacy labelled container, the week before school starts to the Loudoun County Public School that your child will be attending. Please refer to the “Medication at School Guidelines” for further information regarding medication at school.
Immunizations for Next Year
Don't forget to schedule required immunizations for your rising 12th graders.
Required Vaccinations for All 12th-Grade Students (prior to the start of school):
One dose of Meningococcal Vaccine, MenACWY (MenQuadfi, Menveo), given at age 16 or older
Once your student is vaccinated, please provide their school with the appropriate documentation. For more information, please see LCPS' Immunization Requirements webpage. For more general information about back-to-school immunizations for students of all ages, see this Virginia Department of Health website.
Counseling
Summer's finally here, and it's time to unwind, recharge, and make the most of these sunny days.
Here are a few tips to help you relax during break:
- Disconnect to Reconnect: Take some time away from screens and social media. Spend a day at the beach, go for a hike, or simply enjoy a picnic in the park. Embrace the beauty of nature around you and express gratitude.
- Pursue Your Passions: Use this time to dive into hobbies or interests! Whether it's painting, playing an instrument, or trying out a new sport, indulge in activities that bring you joy. This is a great time to give back to the community and volunteer.
- Stay Active: Don't let the summer heat keep you indoors all day. Stay active by going for a swim, riding your bike, or going for a walk. Exercise is not only good for your physical health but also boosts your mood and energy levels.
- Catch Up on Sleep: Say goodbye to late-night study sessions and embrace a regular sleep schedule. Allow your body and mind to fully rest and rejuvenate, ensuring you start the next school year feeling refreshed and ready to tackle new challenges.
- Stay Hydrated and Eat Well: With the heat of summer, it's crucial to stay hydrated and nourished.
Enjoy your summer!
