There will be a $0.03 tax rate impact associated with the upcoming SISD bond election. For a home worth $600,000, that would be a monthly impact of $12.50. It is important to note that the Sunnyvale ISD tax rate has decreased by $0.34 since 2018. Additionally, if the bond passes, the tax rate will still be lower than in was in years 2014-2022.
