Dear School Community,

I want to thank you all for a wonderful first half of the school year. Our students are beaming with excitement and anticipation of Christmas. We love seeing the joy in their eyes and to hear how they cannot wait to spend time with their families this holiday season. This is my favorite time of year as an educator. The passion and creativity of our teachers always leaves me in awe and appreciation for all that they do. I love seeing the beautiful crafts, festive lessons, and Christ centered learning that takes place this month. I pray you all have a prayerful Advent, a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!

We invite you all to join us on Wednesday, December 18th for this year's Advent Family Night. Please meet us at school at 5:00 pm to enjoy your child's Advent drawings and carols with a special treat of churros and hot chocolate from HSA. Please have all students in their Sunday best.

Please have all students bring one rose to school on Thursday, December 12th for Our Lady of Guadalupe. We will be presenting our roses to Our Lady at morning announcements.

We have currently raised $31,790 total! Amazing job! Keep up the good work and don't forget to follow the Steps for Students schedule attached below.

The sign-up link is below. We are looking for parents to cover the 12/12 slot for a longer period of time. Our teachers will be having a special lunch that day and would love extra hands and eyes to watch over their classes during that time.

Description

Once children reach school age, multiple influences enter their lives. School-based care ensures that the time outside of school is occupied creatively and constructively. These programs help children grow in spirit, mind, and body while emphasizing and modeling character development values: caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and faith.
