Major's Minute
Last Saturday, I realized at the end of a meal, that I lost part of my tooth. Not being able to examine it or understand it myself, I thought that that I might have lost a filling or needed a quick fix. Later when I went to the dentist, I found out that not only do I need a crown, but I also need a surgical procedure to allow for a crown. It's never fun to find out there's more work to be done. It's hard to hear that it's not an easy fix. It's scary to know what steps need to be taken sometimes.
God reveals to us what needs to be done in our lives and what steps need to be taken through His Word and the body of believers.
The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? “I the Lord search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct,
according to what their deeds deserve.” Jeremiah 17:9-10

Cost: $180 (Regular Santa Clara attenders pay $135, 25% off!)
Age : 13-18 years old
Registration due: March 10
Theme: Remix
- Remix is a term used in the musical world to define the process of altering a song to produce a different version of that same song. It consists of adding, removing, and/or balancing the many different tracks to create that new version. In the same way, Jesus is the remix of our lives. When we come to know who Jesus is, He removes the bad tracks in our lives, adds powerfully new tracks, and even amplifies the tracks we already have. Through Jesus, we are made new!
- “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” – 2 Corinthians 5:17 NIV
