As you communicate with families about conferences, please make sure they have the correct dates for the non-student day and conferences!

As previously communicated, there is an error in this year’s printed wall calendar!

• October 25 and 31 are regular school days - NOT non-student days.
• The November calendar is correct: November 1 is a non-student day and conferences are November 7-8.

As so many of you have been asking, I wanted to let you know the dates for this year's SEBB Open Enrollment.

Open enrollment - the time of year you can change your insurance coverages and dependents no questions asked - begins Monday, October 28 and runs through Monday, November 25. All changes will be effective January 1, 2025.

Additionally, you might want to make sure you can access your SEBB Benefits 24/7 account if you are considering making any changes so we have time to correct that before Open Enrollment starts.

Watch your emails as I'll be sending out more info before and during Open Enrollment.

A link to Clever has been added to the "Shortcuts" menu on the website.

The new website does not have the same "search" tool for District forms. We also discovered that we had many obsolete and outdated forms "living" on the old website. We are in the process of reviewing ALL forms which will now live on a District Google Site that requires a BSD log-in to access.

You can find a link to District forms in TWO PLACES on the "FOR STAFF" web page.

The new District Forms Google site is work-in-progress. If there is a form you need that's not on the site, please contact Cindi Probst in IT.

District Grant Guidelines are now posted on the "for staff" page of the website. Reminder: A pre-application request must be submitted for grants >$500.
