Sotomayor proudly welcomed Jefferson, Straus and Folks middle school students for our annual Wildcat Rallies. Students were introduced to the different programs, extracurricular activities and organizations that Soto has to offer!! We are excited to see what the Class of 2029 will bring to the campus next year.

Our lady Wildcats spent a good portion of their Fridays during the fall semester mentoring students at Scarborough Elementary! These young ladies spent time building relationships and developing lasting friendships with these future Soto students. We are so proud to call these ladies Wildcats!!

Thank you current and future Wildcats for joining us for our Spring elective fair. We had a great turnout of families eager to learn and see what Sotomayor has to offer!!

Parents and guardians, please take note of the district marking period end dates and eligibility dates for the Fall semester. If your student is not meeting satisfactory requirements in their classes, these dates could potentially impact your student's participation in UIL sanctioned events.

If you are a student who is a Spanish speaker you can take the district Spanish Placement Test which will allow you to be placed into higher levels of the language. The Spanish Placement Exam will be January 16, 2025 during school hours. Scan the QR code to register for the exam.

Please be sure to book your appointments for your student's senior portrait and complete it by next Tuesday, January 21st.
