It's TIME Redhawks! Next Tuesday, October 15th, we OFFICIALLY Kickoff our Fall Fundraiser! Like in years past, our Fall Fundraiser is an online campaign to raise funds for many of the experiences and offerings here at Rennell! This year, we're focusing on raising funds to fill the gaps needed to provide field trips, garden lessons, student celebrations, faculty/staff training opportunities, student support, and more! We are so lucky at Rennell to have a community who often rallies behind us and this year we're aiming to raise $75,000!

Next Tuesday we will officially Kick Off the Fundraiser with each grade in Large Group. Your student will come home with a Log On Lanyard and additional information BUT, you don't have to wait to get started! All you need to do is log on to mybooster.com and create an account. Send 10 emails to family and friends and your student will already win our Tier 1 prize! Each night we'll share challenges with various additional prizes along the way! EVERY student who creates an account and sends 10 emails will win our Tier 1 prize though, so don't delay!

We have noticed a practice beginning in many grade levels that at the end of lunch: students who have parent visitors are not lining up with their class, but instead, moving into the hallways with their parent or sitting on the benches outside of the cafeteria with their parent. This is making it difficult for teachers to account for all students and ensure they have everyone with them before leaving the cafeteria.

Moving forward, after the lights go off at the end of lunch, you will hear one teacher from the grade level ask all students to say goodbye their parent visitor and move to line up with their class BEFORE the class leaves the cafeteria to head into the hallway.

Thank you so much for your help in ensuring we account for all our Redhawks and keep them all safe!
