Google Basics Training
Are you ready to get Google Certified? This fundamentals training is designed for the classroom teacher, but is open for any educator to pursue, and will be an ongoing engaging course. If you are looking to increase efficiency & save time, and engage in professional growth & leadership, then this course is for you. We will delve into the Google Training Center with hands on experience that will strengthen your Google skills & knowledge!

(CPI) Crisis Prevention and Intervention 2-Day Certification Training
Nonviolent Physical Crisis Intervention is a safe, non-harmful behavior management system designed to aid educators in the management of disruptive and assaultive individuals. Participants maintain how to safely restrain combative individuals to ensure the care, welfare, safety, and security of everyone involved. This training is in compliance with the July 2008 Georgia Restraint and Seclusion Law.

SLDS Presents the New and Improved IIS (Instructional Improvement System)
If you are looking to compare your School/District's data with other like Schools/Districts, looking for the most current Charts & Graphs for your DATA Room, and so much more, then join us as Mrs. Donita Hinckley take us on a Deep-Dive into the Instructional Improvement System (IIS) Data Analysis Tool, which is an application that provides school-level and district-level users in Georgia LEAs with the ability to create customized reports using the assessment, attendance, and student growth model data that is available in the SLDS tunnel. The IIS Data Analysis Tool also allows users to collaborate and share the reports that they have created with other users in the school or district.

Art Teachers Job-Alike Session with Mayco's Designer Todd Hickerson
Mayco's designer Todd Hickerson will share experience and techniques, including glaze combinations, safe glaze layering, stencils, silkscreens and pinpoint flux additions. He will highlight Mayco’s wide firing range of glazes on the first day. Think of it as a Test [Glaze] Kitchen; this whirlwind, hands-on workshop will get you set on a whole new path to creativity. The second day, will focus on using Mayco’s creative tools, such as rubber mats, stamps, and stencils in clay. Bisqueware, clay, glazes, brushes and all creative tools will be provided.
