Book Fair starts on Nov 4th!
The Fall Scholastic Book Fair is booked for Monday, November 4th and Tuesday, November 5th! (Reminder - these are half-days of school for Parent-Teacher Conferences.) Students will shop with their classrooms during the school day. Parents and families can shop after school during special afternoon and evening hours! More details are coming soon!
Attention 5th grade parents! It’s 5th grade yearbook time!
The class of 2025 will receive their one and only yearbook to remember their time at CAS and we need your help! Please begin submitting your photos of the children in our fifth grade class (no siblings or friends from other grades, please) ASAP!
How to upload photo submissions:
We will be sending out requests for specific photo categories throughout the year. Each category has a unique email address. Upon sending your photos, you will receive a confirmation email from the company we use to print them - Entourage Yearbooks.
To start, we are requesting a baby photo for every student. Please list your child’s name in the subject line and email it to: submit+1603725@edophotos.com
We are also accepting photos for the following categories (group photos preferred):
First day of school (5th grade) submit+1603731@edophotos.com
First day of school (Kindergarten) submit+1603732@edophotos.com

Blue Tiger Reading Challenge 📘📘
Whatever team reads the most minutes each month will win a custom 3D printed keychain, courtesy of Mrs. Walch. We are also working together as a school to see if we can beat our score from last year, which was 1,080,788 minutes.
Please try to encourage your students to participate in this fun challenge, and Mr. Paradiso will send reminders near the end of each month to remind students/parents to submit their minutes on the Google form. Please contact Mr. Paradiso with any questions!
Your PTO dues are Appreciated!!
PTO dues support activities including monthly assemblies, enrichment programs, and teacher appreciation and supplies to name a few. The suggested amount is $40 (more or less as your circumstances allow). You can pay online here or via Venmo @CASPTO
Volunteer Opportunities!
📣 We need PTO VICE PRESIDENTS!!
We’re looking for TWO parents to join as this year’s incoming PTO vice presidents. In this role, you’ll shadow current presidents Dawn Ellis and Pat Attenasio, then take over as co-presidents for the 2025-2026 school year. It’s fun, rewarding and your kids will be proud! Please email caspto@gmail.com with any questions.
