🎓Attention Seniors - 2025 Chad Biegler Scholarship Submissions due 5/22/25

  • The Track & Field Boosters are pleased to sponsor along with Chad Biegler the Annual Chad Biegler Scholarship ($1,500), awarded to one male and one female senior athlete.
  • Senior Athletes - Please Create a PDF of your final application and email it to dchstrackxcboosters@gmail.com with "Biegler Scholarship Application" in the subject line by 5/22/25.
  • Criteria eligibility is reviewed against: sportsmanship, leadership, character, and scholarship.
  • Please note that one of the eligibility criteria is that the student’s parent/guardian must be a member of the DCHS Track & Field Boosters at the time of the application.
  • 🏆 Award Winners will be shared at the End of Season Awards night

🎓Senior Boards...time to start creating for the T&F 6/4/25 Season Awards Night

  • Senior Parents & Athletes! End of season awards will be here before we know it! Please start thinking about/creating a senior board for your runner. This can be made on poster board, tri-fold, or your choice. Creative Paper Arts, Powell is another option with Rocks theme materials

  • If your creation does not stand on its own, please be prepared to bring an easel or something to hold it up on a table at awards night.

  • Please bring your boards for set up no later than 6:45pm before the Awards night Celebration starts.

  • Some parents order a custom board made for Coffman seniors from the frame shop near the Kroger on 161.

📢 Uniform Turn in!! 👕

  • For athletes whose season is complete, we will have a uniform turn-in day. Please bring your uniforms, washed, in a plastic bag with your name written on the bag. (A ziploc bag works the best.).
  • Parents, please help remind your athletes to get their uniforms turned in on time.

  • With our home dual meet season complete, seniors are now free to take their banners home.

🌟DCHS Track & Field Booster Board

🌟2026 T&F Booster Board Planning... Looking for OPEN chair leads! 🌟

We're already planning for the 2026 season! Being involved with the boosters is a great way to meet other parents as well the athletes on the team. The Boosters have many parents with rising seniors which means openings for parents with younger runners to join and help out! We have very few meetings and lots of fun! Also open to Co-leads with any position.


Booster Board Open Positions for 2026:

  • 🔴 President: OPEN Supervises and controls the activities of the booster club organization, presides over all booster club meetings, selects chairpersons of any standing or special committees, coordinates the work of the organization, acts as liaison between the booster club, the coaches, the school, the athletic department, and district as needed. Presents at the Meet the Team Night on behalf of the Booster Club. Acts as the Co-chair of the Joe Lenge Dublin Classic. Provides support to other board roles. Communicates periodic updates to parents/boosters.
  • 🔴 Vice-President/Joe Lenge Co-Chair: OPEN Co-chair of the Joe Lenge Dublin Classic with primary responsibility of organizing and managing the hospitality room for meet officials and team coaches. Coordinates the communications of the booster club, including informational packets, email/Google group announcements. Performs functions of the President in the absence of his/her ability to act and the role is intended to take on the President role when the current President retires.
  • 🔴 Treasurer: OPEN Manages all financial activities for the T&F Boosters, ensuring accurate tracking of funds, budgeting, and financial reporting. This role supports the team by maintaining financial transparency and helping allocate resources to meet program needs.
  • 🔴 Secretary: OPEN Calendars meetings and keeps the minutes; sets agendas for meeting with the President, works with Treasurer to keep accurate tally of the Booster roster based on dues paid.
  • 🔴 Fundraising: OPEN Identify and solicit local businesses to sponsor the DCHS Track & Field Booster Club. Coordinates with outside vendors, like CRC and Roadrunner, to set up Team Nights or discounts for track athletes. Work with the Photography coordinator to ensure proper format for sponsor ads for the Senior/Sponsor Posters and the Joe Lenge Classic program.
  • ✅Concessions: NEED ASSISTANCE in 2026, OPEN IN 2027. Julie & Jason Potts current (would like to transition to co-manager in 2026)
  • ✅Apparel Coordinators: Michelle Heyob & Melissa McDaniel
  • Joe Lenge Awards: OPEN Works w/ Athletic Dept to secure medals and awards for the classic, sets up a display table at the event, coordinates awards ceremony with Classic Director day of event, works with other volunteer(s) to distribute awards to winning teams.
  • 🔴 Scholarship Chair: OPEN Manages the communications to the Senior athletes and their parents, providing the Scholarship application, setting the window to apply and coordinating a review committee to evaluate the applications and select the winners. Also communicates with Chad Biegler as necessary to secure the scholarship funds. The Chair prints the award certificates and coordinates with the Treasurer to cut the checks in advance of the Senior Night/End-of-season Awards Banquet. They will present the awards to the Seniors the night of the banquet.
  • 🔴 Newsletter: OPEN Manage and update the T&F Boosters team newsletter to ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the season. This role supports athletes, families, and coaches by providing timely updates on meets, events, training information, and volunteer opportunities.

DCHS Summer Running Camp

2025 DCHS XC Camp! Fun week long camp for runners and non-runners alike! Get in shape and make new friends at the 3rd annual Coffman XC camp!

  • Date: July 28 - July 31 (4 days)
  • Time: 9:00am - 11:30am
  • Location: Dublin Coffman High School (outside football stadium)
  • Who: Any incoming 4th through 8th grader (boys or girls!) interested in running, cross country, or just looking to get in shape for the fall!

  • Cost: $90 for the week

    The entry fee will go to providing all campers with:

    - A Coffman camp t-shirt

    - Post-workout snacks and drinks, games, and prizes

    - The end of week race
